Private workspace access is temporarily unavailable while authentication maintenance is completed. When enabled, the evaluation is intended to provide one private personal workspace and one opportunity record. It does not include payment, automatic renewal or access to any existing organisation or portfolio.

Records and source material may be incomplete, stale, conflicting or unverified. The service does not certify ownership, title, planning prospects, availability, viability, value or investment returns. Specialist review remains necessary.
