Land Opportunity Finder

FAQ

Questions about the product and the first private record.

Clear answers about research, privacy, sharing and what happens when a team needs more.

What is Land Opportunity Finder?

A property and land opportunity research platform for organising possible opportunities, reviewing sources, comparing records and identifying the next investigation.

Is my first opportunity private?

Yes. A new record starts private. It is not published or shared automatically.

Does LOF confirm that a property is available?

No. A possible opportunity can be useful to investigate without being for sale, vacant or suitable. Those matters require confirmation.

Which sources can I review?

A record can refer to public planning and land information, dated observations, company context and owner- or team-supplied material. Each source should be considered for currency and reliability.

Can I share an opportunity?

You can deliberately create a limited opportunity profile using selected permitted fields. Private notes, evidence, contacts and investigations remain in the workspace.

What happens after one record?

The first record is preserved. Contact us to discuss a team workspace, a pilot or a larger opportunity portfolio.
